Terms and Conditions: Vendor agrees to be solely responsible for loss or damage of sale article and any vendor property and to hold Bridging The Gaps Between Mothers and Daughters harmless from any liability, which may result from vendor' negligence or willful misconduct. All vendors are permitted to begin setup from time provided by the vendor coordinator. The vendor fee in the amount of $50, and if an associate of the vendor plans to attend the entire event and would like a meal included, there will be an additional charge of $25. The aforementioned vendor shall remit payment in full with this agreement. The vendor may cancel a reservation seven (7) days prior to the date(s) specified within date of the event listed above with a full refund. Cancellation may be made in writing via email at btginfo24@gmail.com. If vendor fails to cancel reservation in the stated manner, payment is forfeited.
